Interpoint's online assessments use 3 psychological measuring instruments:

What do the three measuring instruments show:

The three measuring instruments give insights on three different levels, the level of capacities, the level of conviction and the level of identity.

  • Big Five personality

    The Big Five Personality is the most accepted and used model of personality in the world. The Big Five maps out a total of thirty personality traits, which makes it possible to have an efficient assessment of a candidate’s possibilities that shows if he has the desired competencies for a certain position.

  • Motives

    Motives offer insight into the (un)conscious motives and beliefs of people. As a result, It becomes visible how the participant thinks and will be able to act. In daily behavior, the values we consider important largely determine our preferred behavior in both rational and emotional processes.

  • Cognitive abilities

    Cognitive abilities map the speed of information processing and people’s dissolving ability. Based on three cognitive abilities, figure sequences, language skills and number series, the candidate’s scores are compared to a representative benchmark group (higher educated men and women). Based on this comparison, a candidate scores low, low average, average, high average or high compared to the benchmark group.

The results of this assessment provide clear insight into what you think is important as a human being and in which choices you automatically make in your head. The assessment consists of motives of Graves and the basic Big Five personality. The extensive report explains the results on communication, collaboration, leadership, stress resistance and ideal environment. The results of this assessment can well be used for individual sessions as well as group sessions, where the insight obtained offers inspiring prospects for improving individual effectiveness and collaboration within a team and/or organization.

Plus

This assessment is extensive, the results provide clear insight into what you think is important as a human being and how you make choices, especially focused on personal leadership. The assessment consists of motives of Graves and the very extensive Big Five personality. In addition to the motivations, the extensive report also explains the results on the Big Five personality on 35 characteristics. This creates an in-depth insight and the nuanced results about one's motivations and personality can be used in an in-depth coaching or change process. The assessment is ideally suited for the more difficult functions.

This assessment gives the most complete picture of one's motives, personality and cognitive abilities. It provides all insight from the above Plus assessment, with a view on the speed of information processing of a person, the cognitive abilities. Cognitive abilities are still one of the best predictors of work success. This complete assessment has a strong predictive ability and is intended for recruitment and selection processes, in order to clearly map the suitability of the candidate for a position.
